I took up painting in oils about 10 yrs ago. I joined Gateshead Art Society and exhibited in their annual exhibition at the Shipley Art Gallery where I have had three paintings highly commended.
I have entered three FNAS exhibitions and gained a highly recommended at the Biddick Art Centre in 2007.
I have taken on the role of Exhibition Secretary for the FNAS. More recently I have joined the NEAC and enjoy portraiture and landscape painting in both oil and pastels.
